“Such a difference! Amidst everything Covid that has been ongoing, I went to my local Bank of America located just a few blocks down the street here in Prosper. To my unsurprise with this particular location... no tellers available, literally - zero. I get it.. ongoing Covid issues... but good night, you're my "Too Big to Fail" bank! They told me I had to use the ATM for all transactions to include deposits. A quick drive down the street to Texas Bank. It felt like entering the Kingdom of Heaven. Walked through the doors and 2 tellers along with a manager await at the teller desk as if they were expecting me and ready to serve. It was perfect! This bank is the largest physical bank in town and yet has the feel of a small town bank, exactly what Prosper needs. The folks who work here treat you as if they've known you the entirety of your life and I love it. Such a vast difference in service and relationship between BIG Bank of America and TX Bank! Step in and see the difference for yourself.”

“Phenomenal service! When you first walk in you’re greeted by Anthony with his signature. Hey, how are you? From then on it is such a great experience. Whether I’m in or something a little more time consuming, he’s always quick and efficient and always with a smile on his face. I would recommend going to see him for any of your banking need because he always takes the time to figure out the solution. 10/10”

“First United Bank is the best bank I have ever had accounts with. I love their friendly tellers and bankers. Everyone has always been helpful whenever I had problems or a complicated request. Believe it or not I actually do not automate certain things just so i can go in and say hi. Love their values and how much they give back to the community. Great bank with a great purpose!”

She was personable and thorough in her dealings with us. She was detailed in her explanations and even took us over and walked us through the video teller process (this is new to us - hesitant at first but think it will be OK). “This Woodforest back is inside Walmart. I looked around too the first time. They should put a sign on the outside of Walmart. I went here one time and they were great.”

“Generally I find BOA branches to be 1 star at best but I found a very helpful banker at this branch on the morning of Saturday July 22. I had made a stupid error at the drive thru ATM costing me $200. Initially I went into the branch and told a teller what had happened - she gave me the usual brush off and told me to call the ATM company. Instead I decided to talk to the guy standing at the welcome desk .He took me into his office, made a phone call and arranged for a temporary credit for the $200. I told him that he had earned a good review for his branch - here it is ! I just received notification that the temporary credit is now permanent. To that guy - thank you.”

“Not sure why this place has bad reviews. I use it for normal banking stuff nothing crazy. Everyone is always nice. Sure it gets busy but other than that , it's been fine.”
