“This United States Postal Service location is a great neighborhood post office. It’s clean, modern, and looks fairly new compared to a lot of older USPS buildings.
It’s on the smaller side, but in a good way. It feels manageable without being lacking in services. Parking is shared with nearby stores, so you may have to walk a bit, but it’s usually not too bad unless you hit peak times.
Inside, things run efficiently. They tend to move the line quickly, and if you avoid the busiest hours, there’s very little waiting. The counter staff I’ve interacted with have all been friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference.
I also like the self-service options. There’s a machine for buying stamps and handling simple tasks, plus an indoor drop box you can use. You can access the drop box and PO boxes after hours, which is really convenient.
The one thing this location is missing is a drive-up drop box. For quick drop-offs, especially when parking is tight, it would be a huge improvement. Having to park and walk just to drop a letter or small package is a bit inconvenient.
Overall, though, this is a well-run, full-service post office that’s small enough to be efficient but still has everything you need.”
“Hidden gem alert — this little USPS location inside Frisco City Hall is criminally underused. No lines, no wait, in and out in minutes. Brooke helped me and was genuinely friendly and efficient. Handles pretty much everything you’d need from a post office. Almost hate to put this on Google and let the secret out, but they’ve earned it.”

“Had mail that needed a signature. Place was super efficient and got me in and out in no time. There was a small line but each person was taken care of very quickly. The staff was nice and made funny jokes while we waited to get taken care of. Parking can be a little tight. The entrance is from the side coming off coit and not rolater.”

“My family calls this “the good post office”. We technically have one closer to us, but this post office always has exceptionally kind staff. Of course all post offices can be a bit slow at peak times since they’re typically understaffed, but the workers they do have here are efficient, even when the line is long.”
