“Had a slow leak in my tire. Preston road checked my air twice before I realized there must be something in it. Stopped by on a Wednesday morning and was in and out in less than an hour. Long skinny nail was the culprit.”
“This place is amazing! I walked in about 1.5 hours before closing. I needed a few things done to the car including oil change and both front and rear brake service.
Woody was great! He was able to squeeze me in the same day. Nick was the mechanic, he did a great job as well. They even stayed a bit after closing to finish the job.

“Recently we had issues with our son’s car and took it to Brakes Plus, we are really happy we did. We have an older Kia - it’s hard to know what’s wrong with these older cars and they were patient with us, kind, walk us through 100 percent of our questions over several days and ultimately took care of us for half the original quote. Turns out I called the (Dallas) Store which is quite a bit further for me in (Plano). No problem. He transferred the order, we showed up and they got us in and out under an hour. “We take all three cars here because they are priced fair, don’t sell serives we don’t need and turn then car around in the same day. The owner is there and working, interacting with the customers and techs. The techs are kind and the shop is clean and organized. I appreciate being able to get the cars addressed and feel like it’s done and done right.”

“Typical discount tire…very busy. Prices are a little lower than competitors but still high for a rubber tire. They text you of status of process. Warning : their text start time was actually 30 minutes later than actual time. So it appears the process took an hour and 15 minutes when in actuality it was around an hour and 45 minutes. Also keep your eyes open at checkout. I declined the $40 warranty per tire at check in, BUT they added it back in at checkout. I had to remind them that I did not want it. (There is a one in a 1000 chance you will need the warranty).”

“I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.”

“We've had whole set of tires changed at Costco a couple of times. And we've had great experiences at Frisco Costco's tire center over the years: from flat repair, inflation help, tire sensor replacement, regular balance & rotation, etc etc. We came to ask about one tire today, after all four tires inflated just one tire still appears a bit low on tire pressure (was at a different Costco's tire center yesterday but did not get much help at all so the tire pressure sensor came back up again). The team members at Frisco's tire center check me in quickly, and within an hour they completed the tire repair and double checked all the inflation on all tires (came in early afternoon on a weekday makes a big difference on wait time because they are usually really busy). Thank you so very much, Everyone, at Frisco Tire Center. Highly recommended!”

I especially appreciated being able to track the progress of my service in real-time, which made the wait stress-free. Checkout was just as efficient, and the prices are some of the best you’ll find in the market.
They also offer a solid, inexpensive tire warranty program that gives real peace of mind without breaking the bank.
At this particular location, the staff was present, professional, and courteous throughout the process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to sit while the work was being done. My only suggestion would be to add a water dispenser, soda pops, or even better — a vending machine. That small touch would really round out an already excellent customer experience.
