Woody was great! He was able to squeeze me in the same day. Nick was the mechanic, he did a great job as well. They even stayed a bit after closing to finish the job.

“Recently we had issues with our son’s car and took it to Brakes Plus, we are really happy we did. We have an older Kia - it’s hard to know what’s wrong with these older cars and they were patient with us, kind, walk us through 100 percent of our questions over several days and ultimately took care of us for half the original quote. What we thought was wrong, turned out to be not that big of an issue and they saved us a ton of money and time. We have been going here for years, we are lifetime customers. “Getting a flat tire sucks and is extremely inconvenient. But when you take it to the dealership hoping to find a resolution and they charge you an extensive fee makes the day worse. Thanks to Collin he turned a frustrating day to a more pleasing day.
Even though it was busy in Discount Tire when I arrived, everyone informed each customer about the wait. Customer service still goes a long way in my book. So even though I hope not to purchase any tires soon but when I need to, I'll be back here.”

“The management and employees all work very hard to satisfy their customers, including me. This is our 2nd visit within a month- the first was to install 4 new tires and the second was to install 4 new wheels/tires on a different vehicle. As I mentioned earlier, the staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative is that the showroom needs updating. It’s obvious that many of the signs, etc. have been there for years. There’s a Keurig coffee maker but no pods and a refrigerator without water. If the customers never use them, then simply remove them. In closing, a shout-out to the manager and to David, who installed the wheels/tires. Great communication, worked quickly and efficiently and demonstrated outstanding customer service. We’ll be back!”
“I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.”

“I’ve been bringing my cars here since I had my Civic Type R, and they never disappoint. I recently brought in my BRZ tS for a custom alignment after installing aftermarket front camber bolts for a track/street setup, and their attention to detail is exactly why I keep coming back.
The tech absolutely nailed it. They perfectly maxed out the front negative camber evenly side-to-side, while leaving just the right amount of millimeter-perfect clearance so the tire won't rub the spring perch under load deflection. On top of that, they dialed in a very slight, intentional rear toe-in (around +0.08°), which is exactly what this RWD chassis needs for corner-exit stability on the track.
If you need a proper custom alignment and want a shop that actually understands suspension geometry and aftermarket parts, look no further!”

“We've had whole set of tires changed at Costco a couple of times. And we've had great experiences at Frisco Costco's tire center over the years: from flat repair, inflation help, tire sensor replacement, regular balance & rotation, etc etc. We came to ask about one tire today, after all four tires inflated just one tire still appears a bit low on tire pressure (was at a different Costco's tire center yesterday but did not get much help at all so the tire pressure sensor came back up again). The team members at Frisco's tire center check me in quickly, and within an hour they completed the tire repair and double checked all the inflation on all tires (came in early afternoon on a weekday makes a big difference on wait time because they are usually really busy). Thank you so very much, Everyone, at Frisco Tire Center. Highly recommended!”

I called the store at 4:20 and Manny was so amazing, he told me to head that way and they would get it done! They had the exact set of all terrain tires I wanted in stock! Upon arriving at 440pm they grabbed the truck and got to work! Christopher S. Was amazing helping me on arrival to the store and expediting the process!
