“This is a very friendly place! I wasn’t actually a customer here. I came to donate clothes to the donation box inside the facility. I followed another car through the gate and dropped off my clothes, then realize that I need a code to exit. It was already after business hours, but fortunately, customer service answered my call and quickly informed the facility manager about my situation. About 15 minutes later, the facility manager called me and helped me get out successfully. I’m truly grateful for their help. I’ll also leave a review on the donation box’s Google Maps page to warn and remind anyone who may come here in the future to donate clothes. Thank you!”

“Kelly is an exceptionally pleasant and accommodating individual. In today’s market, such customer service is rare. She proactively contacted us to inquire about any issues we encountered during our move-in process. There is one more thing I would like to add to this. She had a meeting she had to go to the day we moved in to our unit . She made it appointment to stop by and say hi and said if y’all need anything please let her know. That to me is what every business should be like caring about customer service.”

“I am highly satisfied with this location. I had been looking for a Climate controlled storage near me and had not had much luck finding a facility that had an actual person on site willing to show me a unit so I could get an idea of what I needed. Chad was very friendly and helpful and showed me a unit in the general Ball Park figure of what I had described to him. The place is clean and secure the office nice and cool And again, super helpful to have a human body present for guidance.”

“I reserved a large unit at a hefty discount and then they gave a further discount. The experience with the location manager was fantastic. He was friendly and explained my options. The unit was ready when he said it would be, was clean, and ready for me to complete the paperwork and move my stuff in. I could not have asked for a better experience on the move in process. My hope is that I can keep the unit at the current rate until I have moved stuff out and am ready to start down sizing; which may be a long time! As for the photos; there is not much here now but there is a lot more to come and I was surprised that I was able to rent a unit this large in the Frisco area for the rate that I did.”

I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, secure storage facility with employees who truly go above and beyond. Thank you for making my experience such a great one!”

“The property is clean well-maintained. The staff and Property Mgr. Viking is especially polite, professional, and courteous I’ve been with the property for many years and recently were across the country, and she was very helpful and personable the entire time with all the questions that I Had. I’ve lost the key to my locker and was trying to find someone in the area while I was driving across the country She helped me the number of some people that would be able to help me on a Saturday after hours I’ll travel to world a lot and at times my credit cards get disabled because the companies think that might be fraud and have missed some payments. She’s always very polite when she would call me and we do her best to try and get late fees waived, especially for my unique circumstances. At one time I was downgrading years ago and she helped me get a locker right around the corner from the one that I was in people like her is the reason that when I move back there in two years that I’ll go back to this location.”
