I came in looking for 10x24’ LVL beams. They didn’t have them in stock, but the lady who helped me was very kind and professional. She explained that on Monday there will be someone available to take my order, which I really appreciated.
This was my first time visiting McCoy’s Building Supply, and the store is very well organized. I actually enjoy visiting stores like this because when I’m working on remodels for my business, it helps me quickly calculate estimates and material needs.
The quality of the lumber is very good, and the overall experience was positive. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“On this weekend (I believe Friday or Saturday), I was on my computer, I was looking for a washer and dryer. I originally started with Lowes, & didn't find what i had in mind, due to issues with prior deliveries. I called Home Depot, and spoke with a lady, whose name i didn't catch. we chatted about what i was looking for and i settled for a pair that I was happy with. When you buy from a small picture and description online, you never really know what you are getting. This Morning they were delivered by a man named Tay, and his assistant. They are well honed and knew exactly what they were doing. "easy in/easy out". Home Depot's Delivery service, both on the phone, and ESPECIALLY their delivery team, were STELLAR !!!!! When they left, the machines were working smooth and quietly.This was the smoothest, most polite group i have dealt with. I will be definitely be back when i need my new oven/range!!!Thank you, and please give these folks a raise!!!! Wonderful!!!!!”

“Went to grab a few things for the green house i build had trouble finding a aisle ask the girl at the cash register in garden she was to busy smiling on her phone to properly help me apparently... found a older gentlemen who worked in a completely different area and told me what I was looking for was in was in fact in gardening and directed me to it im giving 4 stars because of that gentlemen but clear home depot needs to hire people that actually want to help service there customers”
“HUGE SHOUT OUT TO RUSSELL AND CHARLENE! I am a Lowes associate. My husband and I were in the market for a small freezer. We both work alot so we have been waiting for employee weekend. We decided to start in Irving. Long story short, half a tank of gas, 2 stores later we decided to hit closer to home in Hachie. Low and behold not only did we get what we were looking for but we met 2 awesome associates that went beyond customer service before they even new I was also an associate. You made our trip worth the time and THANK YOU SO MUCH for being professional and a joy to do buisness with!”
