“This may seem unusual to some but this has been (business interaction not complete yet) one of the most amazing purchase experiences I’ve had in my adult life. I found North Texas Truck Stop online and reached out to them because I found a vehicle I was interested in. We interacted through email, text, and several phones calls. Fast forward a week or so, we agreed on a deal and I flew in to purchase the vehicle. It was even better than I anticipated so things were going really well. I went on a decent length test drive and ran into a small concern. I brought it to their attention and several staff members including the owner gladly asked to go on a test drive with me. They all agreed that although the noise was subtle, they wanted their service department to look into it before I purchased it. Without saying a word, they apologized for any inconveniences it may have caused me and they immediately offered to make it right. They offered to cover costs I had incurred to get there and more. Kevin (the owner) even offered to drive me back personally to the airport. Their service department is set to review our concern during the week and I should be hearing back from them sometime this week. I’ll be updating my experience soon but I honestly feel really good about what’s to come. Kevin stated, some people “talk” about offering a good customer experience and making things right when things don’t go as planned but he truly believes in simply getting it done. Financing was quick, but the signing of the paperwork way too long as I understand the finance / salesman on the financing end job is to encourage customer to purchase additional services , insurance etc, I feel it was completely rude and unnecessary to take as long as he did. Also, know your credit score and competitive market rates. They will take advantage of your lack of knowledge and give you a higher rate then you actually qualify for!”

This car lot is a complete scam. They sell bogus, unreliable cars and have zero professionalism. As soon as they get your money, the communication stops and they no longer care about you or the vehicle they sold you.
I trusted this car lot with my hard-earned money, and they completely took advantage of me. They sold me a car that was full of problems and didn’t even care once the deal was done. I tried to reach out — no response. No concern. No accountability.
They’re quick to take your payment but slow to respond — if they even respond at all. The cars have major issues they try to hide, and they offer no real help or solutions when problems come up.
It’s all about the money to them — not the customer, not the quality, and definitely not honesty. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that values your time, your money, and your safety.
