“I absolutely love this place!!! I had to be out of my house almost immediately and Precious Space Storage was there with affordable storage available. They make the whole storage rental process very stress free in the most stressful situations. I called ahead and the first month was only 10 more than the monthly fee. They gave me my access code and unit number over the phone once I had said I wanted it. My contract was in the unit waiting for me when I arrived initially. Fill it out and place payment and completed contract in the drop box and payment is due no later than the 10th every month. After the 10th, only $ 10 for a late charge is applied. Very friendly and 24 hour access along with round the clock video surveillance, awesome, amazing, dependable... All around I love this place :) And if you are in need of a excellent storage facility and live in or around the wise county area... hands down this is the place...”
“Brian and Patrick were an amazing team! They strategically packed our POD and made everything secure for the move to South Carolina! They were extremely friendly and professional as well! They were prompt, wrapped our antiques with care and smiled the entire time. What a great experience!”

Lindi was amazing enough to squeeze us in 10 minutes before closing AND rent us out a unit in a timely manner. I loved the nice safety features they have. “I looked at several Storage places before and I have to say the price point is awesome. The location is very well lit and has good security. The buildings are insulated and very clean. Not to mention it is not in a flood zone like the other place on Veal Station. Don’t mix these two places up. Major differences in customer service and facility upkeep.”

“The office manager is a doll. She has been very kind and helpful to me with a rather odd predicament that I am in. My only complaint about the business itself is that they don't offer you the option to pay with debit or credit in person, or on the phone. Super inconvenient especially since I live an hour away and work 7 days a week.”

“Kevin the facilities manager, wears many hats and he does it well! As of December 23rd 2024 there are available units and outside storage right now. From small to huge storage areas, dumpster for small trash, RV dump, security cameras, security gates. This place has a country air about it and after you meet Kevin you'll want to rent a storage unit from that location. Very competitive rates. *Highly recommend you check it out. Blessings ???”
