“Renting a space was pretty easy for this tech unsavy person. The representatives were all friendly and professional. The Justin, TX facility was very clean and seemed to be well managed. I might suggest a speed sign as I had a big pickup race by my bay at highway speed. I doubt he would have been able to do an emergency stop on the pea gravel plus he boiled an unnecessary amount of dust into the air.”

“The office manager is a doll. She has been very kind and helpful to me with a rather odd predicament that I am in. My only complaint about the business itself is that they don't offer you the option to pay with debit or credit in person, or on the phone. Super inconvenient especially since I live an hour away and work 7 days a week.”

“I found myself in need of storage space and it is great that Public Storage has locations everywhere and there was one right down the street from where I live . I rented one of the smaller units to begin with and when I started moving things in and measuring everything else I anted to put in there, it was actually going to be too small so I had to go the next size up. Sesily was very helpful in getting a transferred to the next larger unit . It was quick, painless, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the location in Haslet off of 718.”

“New customer here!I was a total pain in the butt new customer. I kept going back and forth on what size of unit I would need (over the span of a month) and I was so impressed with how patient Ashley the manager was showing me many units multiple times. She was incredibly accommodating. Long story short, turns out I didn’t measure as well as I thought -cue face palm - AFTER I moved into said unit - and amazingly Chuck showed me multiple possibilities, even measuring for me the units that would work best for my specific storage needs. I can’t believe they let me move to a different unit and it wasn’t a big issue at all.The staff at Blue Mound Storage have been wonderful. Now I’m moved into a unit that meets all my space limitations and I’m really thankful for how Ashley & Chuck have been so patient and professional with me through this process.I’ve met other storage space renters on this property and so far everyone seems great. The property is well maintained, clean, tidy and feels secure.I highly recommend this property and anticipate being a long time customer here!”

“I absolutely love this place!!! I had to be out of my house almost immediately and Precious Space Storage was there with affordable storage available. They make the whole storage rental process very stress free in the most stressful situations. I called ahead and the first month was only 10 more than the monthly fee. They gave me my access code and unit number over the phone once I had said I wanted it. My contract was in the unit waiting for me when I arrived initially. Fill it out and place payment and completed contract in the drop box and payment is due no later than the 10th every month. After the 10th, only $ 10 for a late charge is applied. Very friendly and 24 hour access along with round the clock video surveillance, awesome, amazing, dependable... All around I love this place :) And if you are in need of a excellent storage facility and live in or around the wise county area... hands down this is the place...”
