“We couldn’t be happier with my experience at Bell Cityline Apartments! From the moment we toured, every interaction has been warm, professional, and genuine. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location, close to everything you need while still feeling like home.
The staff truly make the difference here. Jacob and Abby at the leasing office are always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered. Paige, the manager, is incredibly attentive and ensures everything runs smoothly and the maintenance staff are always responsive, professional, friends and know how to get any job done pretty quick. Everyone here genuinely cares about residents’ experiences, and it really shows and that's why I took the liberty to even write this review.

“I stopped in without an appointment to check availability and possibly see an apartment. I was greeted by Haley. She took me around to all the gorgeous amenities and showed me an apartment with the floor plan I was interested in. She was able to answer all my questions. I do love this property and talk about location, location, location!! It is a must see if you are shopping for a new home to rent!”

“I've been a resident of Spring Pointe Apartments for over 4 years and I've seen my share of changes, good and bad, which includes management, tenants, maintenance and staff. As for current property owner Valiant Residential and Property Manager, Lyric Parker, I have nothing but good things to say. From my experience, both Ms. Lyric and her staff are pleasant and professional people to work with. Ms. Lyric is reliable and attentive. Whenever I had an issue or a complaint, she never hesitated to address the matter. She's very understanding and helpful. I've never had an issue with maintenance. Whenever something needed repair, they were prompt and efficient in getting it done. Thanks Ms. Lyric for everything.”
“My son has a smart studio on a top floor and has been there for a little more then a month only and so far experience is wonderful. He had to call service twice for minor stuff and within a few days they resolved, fixed the issue.
Prior to move in my son, we were scared by the reviews but then another friend had a great experience and we decided to give it a shot.
Office is responsive and friendly. Regular wear and tear is normal everywhere.”

“I have lived at Galatyn Station for the past 3 years and I love my home! Management is great and my favorite assistant property manager Kristina is so helpful and informative. Of course there are policies to follow (on time rent payment, trash disposal, etc.) and penalties for non compliance, but that keeps the complex orderly and maintains the beautiful standard of living I’ve become accustomed to. I’ve lived in other complexes but this is my favorite by far.”
