Drive through is good. However, as a small business owner the cons are monthly service fees, Zelle fees, and hold on medium size deposits for 7 to 10 days.

Terrible customer service. Can't even contact a person at my own branch. Very frustrating.

Went to deposit a check, the teller said that everything was fine multiple times, when I checked online banking a few days later I noticed that not only was the check not deposited, but I was surcharged for trying to deposit the check for an amount that was almost equal to its value.
