“I have been taking my dogs here for the past 16 years. The vets and staff are great and very kind, the wait is never too long, you can usually get an appointment within a week or two (maybe sooner if it's an emergency), and you can pick up medications for you pets without an appointment (if you call ahead). I love the staff here and will continue to bring my pets here.”

“Dr Larry Lansford is the best vet I have ever known!! I have taken my dogs for over 25 years for his care. His experience and compassion are beyond measure. He takes time to explain in detail his diagnosis and treatment. In addition, he writes sympathy notes to owners whenever he has to euthanize a pet. His receptionist and assistant, Emily, is also an asset in the clinic. I would not take my pets anywhere else!”
“The Vets helped out with one of our cats who recently ran away, she just came back home so I decided to make a welfare appointment. Needless to say both Sarah and Dr.Kim did an excellent job with both cats, and helping us through the process of preventative treatments! Highly recommended for people whose pets don’t like traveling or need immediate check ups!”

“Our beautiful Black Manx, ZenSei (Zennie) has been with us 15 1/2 years ~ 'has always been very healthy. Recently, he began acting lethargic and as if 'something hurt' - so much so that we took him to an all-night Emergency Vet Clinic. After many tests, suggestions of 'what it might be' and hundreds of dollars - I asked it I could just have something to help him feel comfortable for the next few hours, until I could get him in our personal vet (The Vet House).
I had no appointment ~ 'just showed-up and walked-in, the moment they opened for business. EVERYONE at The Vet House is wonderful! Jen, the Technician, took detailed information and passed it on to Dr. Jaimes. Jen is wonderful, decisive - and caring! Soon after, I was in with Dr. Jaimes and he was so good - listening, accessing, recommending what steps would be best for Zen. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Dr. Jaimes is very conservative in his approach. He addresses what is most-important in the moment (Zennie's comfort/reducing symptoms); advising each step and choices I had. In all, we worked together over a full month's time and our sweet boy is again healthy, well, beautiful. I am exceptionally grateful to Lauren & Sarah (at front desk) as they have so much patience every time I called, emailed for instructions/information and to share updates; passing info on to Dr. Jaimes, etc. 'Truly a GREAT team! Thank You to all!”

“Dr. Hicks has been taking care of Ginger since she was rescued by Doodle Dandy Rescue in January 2023. Within a few days of adopting Ginger in April 2023 she was due a couple of vaccinations. We decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Hicks since she was already familiar with her history which included anxiety. During that visit we saw how gentle, kind and loving Dr. Hicks was with Ginger and Ginger’s comfort with her and immediately knew we would continue to trust her taking care of our sweet girl going forward. Although BPAH is not close to us, it is well worth the drive to know Dr. Hicks and the entire BPAH team love their patients and provide the best care possible!”
