“I took my car in for a slow leak repair and was impressed with the thorough service. They not only fixed the initial leak, but also found two nails in another tire. While one was in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired, their diligence prevented a potential future issue. Since the tires were nearly new, with only 9,000 miles, I needed a quick replacement. As they didn't have one in stock, I went to the dealership. I really appreciate their helpfulness and their free tire pressure check service is a fantastic bonus. I'm leaving 4 stars because the work quality of wheel balancing is subpar. Seems like I always face this issue with the franchise Discount Tire when it comes to this specific issue. I'm not sure if it's the equipments they're using?
I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and the result is pretty bad, like around 4-6oz of off-balance (see picture). The tech from a different shop mentioned that some of the old balancing weight was left there too.”

The second time coming here for oil change and inspection
This time, had to wait about 10 minutes, he was in a conference with a customer about tires and getting an alignment afterwards (Joe told them exactly where to go for best quality and price locally for alignment)
Many times, employees asked if I needed help, I repeated that I was told to just ask for Joe, and they smiled and pointed at the room. I could hear he was currently with someone else
Less than an hour, I had an oil change, state inspection, and swapped 4 wheels from 18" to 20"

The owner didn’t have the tire in stock but ordered it online and had it ready the very next day, with a fair price including installation. “One of the best experiences of getting my tires replaced! Made an online reservation same day and ordered the tires they had in stock at their location. Made the appointment for 3:45 and showed up at around 3:30 little early just in case they were busy. John at the counter quickly confirmed my reservation and handed my keys to him to for the vehicle’s mileage. After 15 minutes, they pulled my car around and had all the work done! Super quick and convenient! I’ve been using this location for years and never once had any issue using them. I wish they offered more services such as oil changes but really impressed with their tire services. Will be coming back again if I have any more tire issues.”

“Just wanted to put in my experience with these guys after I saw all the great reviews. I definitely agree with the good reviews. I had just bought a new vehicle not too long ago and was experiencing some exhaust issues. Tovi told me what was wrong and actually came out and worked on my car himself. Took him about 30 to 45 minutes to get the job done and I haven't had any problems since. I also not too recently took it to him to have my motor mounts replaced. My vehicles engine was vibrating terribly in the engine bay and it felt like it was going to break down any day. He recommended that I replace all 4 mounts and now my car is running like a brand new vehicle. Gave me a great price and it also only took the mechanic about an hour to do the job. Tovi is great. I highly recommend him. If you are having problems with your vehicle he is the one to bring it to.”
