“HOLY COW WHAT A GEM!!! So my family owns property in San Saba and my genius father in all of his divine wisdom forgot to fill up the tank before we came up. By the time we got to the property we didn’t have enough gas to get back to San Saba.
We had just enough to make it to Richland Springs. Finding ourselves lucky enough just to get our hands on some gas, while filling up my Dad and I walked inside expecting the usual gas station amenities. How wrong we were.
Sizzling burgers, pulled pork tacos, swiveling bar seats, hand-spun milkshakes, polite, and might I add, a rather cute waitress.
This place is not a gas station, it’s an oasis.”

“Stopped by today for lunch for the first time. They have done a wonderful job with this place. Small confidence store and gas but the star is the kitchen. I had one of the best burgers I have ever had. Waffle fries were hot and crisp.
Order by the door and pull up next to the locals at the counter.
If you are road tripping down 190, stop in and get a burger, pizza, or milkshake. Can’t wait to go back and try out the rest of the menu!”
