“Let me first off start by saying Misty the apartment manager is one of the most sweetest, kindest, family oriented, warm, and genuine person I have ever met. She is extremely kind and goes above and beyond for her residents. She will do her best to work with you and she is extremely patient. Misty truly puts her heart into her job and you can tell.
I stayed at 7970 Grand for 4 1/2 years with My Daughter. There is nothing negative that I can say about this community and /or the staff. The community was always spotless. There was never trash, just laying around. Maintenance was on top of everything! Request were submitted and addressed in a very timely manner.
7970 recently added a dog park to the community for the furry family members. My dog really enjoyed the freedom of being able to run around unleashed. The only reason we moved was for a change of scenery.
Above all, I had a very pleasant experience staying at 7970. I would definitely recommend this family friendly property.

“My family recently rented an apartment at Olympus. Personally, having visited six different apartment complexes around the James Bowie Middle School (77406) school district, I found Olympus to be exceptionally clean and well-equipped for a family of four. It features great amenities including a billiard table, a gym, a pristine swimming pool that is cleaned every Monday, a resident lounge, a venue for hosting kids' birthday parties, and complimentary coffee and drinks in the lobby.
In particular, Mrs. Susana is an amazing person. She professionally explained and guided me through all of my questions regarding the leasing process. She, along with the manager and higher management, went above and beyond to support my family with our move-in and leasing needs. We are incredibly grateful to the leasing center team at 9900 S Mason Rd, TX 77406, especially Mrs. Susana. She did an outstanding job—not just as a leasing agent, but as a truly kind-hearted person.
If you are planning to move to this area, I highly recommend choosing Olympus at Waterside Estates. The elementary, middle, and high schools here are excellent. In fact, we chose this location because my children love the schools in this district; they used to study here and really wanted to come back.”
