The Goodwill Houston Store & Donation Center is a very nice and clean location. The store is super clean, organized, and put together compared to others. Staff are always kind, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Shoppers can find good products and great treasures, particularly for clothes and bags, though it has less kitchenware and big items. It is also a good place to deliver donations. The overall experience is very good, making it a reasonable and fabulous store for frequent shoppers.

Honestly sometimes I find stuff, sometimes I don’t. But the staff at this location are always very kind and keep the store pretty clean and organized compared to the other goodwills in the area

I love this Goodwill manager and staff is always friendly....
This is the number one store in Texas...They always have good products and also the restrooms and store is always clean...
If I could give a ten stars I would...

The overall experience was very good, the employees were nice and greeting. I even came back to purchase an item that same day!
