Nisa was very helpful to my family and I while we were looking for shoes for my son. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I really wish they would put more cashiers. Super long busy line and only 2 cashiers were working. This goes for Burlington as well.

Depends on when you go; there will be days (the usual, I find) where the racks are kinda empty in terms of what you need and the place is super busy. I don't think I've ever had a magical gold-mine experience here before. Also the fitting rooms are regularly closed, limiting the entire store to just two rooms.
