This is the second time I associate and the customer service lied about the return policy. They are very rude, straight up lied she said I can't return anything without the receipt. No store credit no nothing that's not what the policy says online and she was really rude about it.

They completely rescheduled an online order to the following day without giving an option to cancel. They don't care, they don't answer their phones, they can't handle online orders, & there's never a human to talk to. Good luck.

Don't bother calling the store, they never answer in any of their departments in any time of the day.
