“I went to H-E-B Pharmacy last week to pick up my child’s prescription. The staff assisted me immediately, checked my insurance, and I ended up paying $29 for Oseltamivir Phosphate.
The day before, I had checked with Walmart Pharmacy (Richmond location), where a staff member quoted me over $160 for the same medication, even with insurance. She mentioned a $10 off coupon but did not offer a better price. Fortunately, I decided to go to H-E-B Pharmacy instead, which saved me a significant amount.”

“I really dont have time for reviews but honestly, this is a great pharmacy indeed. Hence, it's worth my while! The staff are always nice, friendly and professional. The pharmacist on call was awesome, patient, kind, and answered all my questions with clarity per my prescriptions. Best part, they are super fast with same day home delivery. Makes myblife so much easier! In fact, I have already switched my preferred pharmacy to Grand Pharmacy across all my medical providers even for my specialty prescriptions. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Grand Pharmacy to all and sundry.”

“Best Costco location hands down, in the entire region! Best best best customer service! These guys are amazing from Luis (supervisor and his team: Lina, Chevonne, Audra, Grace, Nova, sorry if I missed other names- but generally I speak to these guys most often esp Luis, Lina and Chevonne) to the manager Alex. Nicest and I mean it nicest people. I wish I could give them 7 stars. They go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcomed.
I’ve never written a review for any other Costco but couldn’t miss one for these guys especially.
To be honest I look forward to my Costco trips and if I meet Luis Lina and Chevonne - they totally make up my day. Been a Costco member for years and dreaded going to one esp in Apex - NC (one of the worst customer services) until I moved to Richmond Texas!
Keep it up for all the good stuff you guys do at the Aliana Richmond Costco to make it the best and I bet - best in the USA! You guys changed my Costco experience forever! I wish others learn from you !”
