“Honest place to get tires or an alignment. I bring most of my cars here for alignment as they have very reasonable prices. I've also gotten used tires here that were not very expensive at all. Good customer service even though they are busy often. Another plus is they can do alignments on low profile vehicles, which is why I was able to get my Corvette aligned here as well. Overall very friendly and doesn't take long to get the work done either because they keep plenty of staff here.”

“Got me taken care of, even 30 minutes before they close! I never try to show up right before they close out of respect for the employees but I had an emergency where I caught a nail in the rear tire. They even shine your tire up, something I don't believe they have done before, so this is a very nice touch! Lastly, The staff. Extremely nice and goes above and beyond, especially Aaron and Nicholas.”

I took in my car for new front tires, brakes, and rotors.

They immediately showed me that my brakes had life and that my rotors were actually still okay even if not great, I knew this but had wanted new rotors and brakes anyways.

They are honest and very hospitable. They work hard. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes.

Really good work.

Will be coming back in the future and will refer family and friends.

“Chile, I know yall are lying to me! The reviews at Gillman are so terrible lol. This is so unfortunate because I truly appreciate the guys that I've connected with on every visit to Honda. Let's start here- I purchased my 2022 Honda Accord Sport at this location in December of 2021. Yes, an early Christmas gift to myself, and Sunday was my sales guy! I just love him, we previously worked together at Toyota of Katy (another story for another day, no I am not in sales and no I do not want to be, lol) I had no clue Sunday worked here at Honda, but it was meant to be because that's who was suppose to sell me this vehicle. During each of my visits, I've had the pleasure of working with Dennis and Jose and they are wonderful guys! I told Dennis this past Saturday, "man people really hate yall on Yelp *laughs* but that won't be me and that has never been my experience" So Dennis if you're reading this- it's me! My favorite thing about Gilman Honda is the customer service and the customer center- hella coffee and tea options + the fixings. Necessary when you're waiting all day at this place. Thank you for the great service. So, I am going with 4 stars because there's always a small space for growth (we all need this). Wondering if they are short-staffed, due to the lengthy wait time for oil changes. For example- I scheduled an appointment at 7 AM on a Friday morning and I didn't leave until close to 10 AM. While I am aware these things take time, I do not like to look within for patience in order to sit that long. Second, I was told when I purchased my car that I would receive free oil changes always- this came from the finance man, whom I worked with at Toyota too and I do not remember his name. The thing is this- I am fully aware that you tell customers lots of really pretty, nice things in order to get a bag and sell cars, but do not lie to me because I am not a fool. Respectfully. My second oil change was honored based on what I shared with the guy. Thank you to him (can't remember his name) I also understand that during this era, during this inflation, the car business is in shambles. However, keep your word and meet the needs of the customer. All in all, Gillman Honda is a good place with great staff/customer service. I'll be back obviously because I need another expensive ass oil change. Hehe”

“Wow! Best tire shop/store in Sugarland and all of Houston! I went there today to get my flat tire fixed. My nephew had said they fix it for free, and offer the best customer service. IT’S TRUE. THEY DO! They plug and patch it..FOR FREE! Yes, of course, tips are allowed. From the minute I drove up and went in, I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. Their service far exceeded my expectations, as they went above and beyond their duty to make sure I had a fully functional safe tire! Thanks guys! God Bless You all and keep up the outstanding work!
