Major thanks to Hunter and Tyrone who corrected the lies and misguidance from AT&Ts own customer support line, got me what I wanted, resolved my issue, and then got me set up for upcoming future of staying with AT&T.
Hunter thank you for your phenomenal service and being the direct line of help. Tyrone thank you for the conversation while I stayed in the store working through the online customer service versus the terrible phone customer service, as well as for the player.
If anyone is reading this, this is the store to go to. Hunter and Tyrone are the two best AT&T employees I have ever worked with. If you do not want to go to the store, DO NOT CALL AT&T customer service line but instead use the mobile app virtual chat and talk to a real person. They're a lot better than the phone call service.”
“My friend and I went to this location. This morning, and we are both delighted with our phones and the service. And we even had an issue with the phone, not being compatible or being locked, and we called and the owners corrected the the situation right away did not give us any hassles and the prices were amazing. I would recommend this store to anybody who is looking for a reasonable use, unlocked or even may be locked for your network phone. Or other electronic devices , I did see speakers and bluetooth and airpods , just checking them out when you're in the area , even if you want to go for a drive , just check them out , you'll be satisfied”

There was a problem with the switching of his phone number but in the end she went way beyond what she had to do to make sure everything was resolved and worked out!
