“I just want to make sure to put this review out there.
I am exclusively breast feeding and was given augmentin to clear up a sinus infection.
It affected my newborn horribly. (We know it was this because the upset started when I started it and ended the day after finishing it.)
Without me being a client of Saginaw pharmacy(might I add he didn’t ask), the pharmacist was still SOOOOO incredibly kind and helpful to help me figure out what could be a better option for an antibiotic to prevent tummy upset in my baby.
I am so happy, my poor baby already suffers from gas, I didn’t want to further make his poor little tummy hurt.
AMAZING service, and so kind. I plan to solely go to the pharmacy from here on out.”

They also go above and beyond and when they haven’t had something in stock, they order it promptly and let me know as soon as they have it so I can come pick it up. I have never had any issues and on the contrary I always have excellent experiences with them. I even got my friend to use this pharmacy and she loves it so much she drives from Burleson all the way up here because they are that good. It’s got that small town vibe and amazing service you don’t usually find anymore. I will keep using this pharmacy for all my needs and I encourage you to give them a try as well. They genuinely seem to care about taking care of their clients.”

Dominique is polite, dressed in uniform and is absolutely a great asset to the company. He went over the wheelchair explaining everything along the way. “I started using Heritage Pharmacy approximately 2 years ago after calling, I'm not kidding, literally every Walgreens in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and none of them had the brand name medication I was taking. I searched 76244 pharmacies and Heritage Pharmacy was the first one listed. When I called, Payton answered and said they had it and said oh yeah as though I was asking an odd question. He was NOT rude at ALL, in any way, shape or form. I just mean, he answered my question as though I asked if they filled prescriptions there. ? It was comforting to know I wouldn't be worried each month if the medicine I take is in stock. I've stuck with them ever since and plan on staying put Ramu decides to retire. I really like Ramu, he's funny and a truly wonderful, incredible human being.”
“This location is better than what the Bryant Irving I820 location has recently become. Plenty of open registers that are a combination of self checkout out and person to person with the ability to pay in CASH and not being forced to pay credit. You have the OPTION of doing Scan and Go , but it's NOT forced on you like the attempted social engineering at the Bryant Irving location that's trying to make anything besides scan and go such a terrible experience that you're forced to use it.
I recommend that corporate use this location as the example instead of whatever brain dead suit was visited by the good idea fairy and not try to make things like they're trying at the Bryant Irving location.”

“Best gas! I used to get my gas all the time at Costco. My car would run really rough. When I got gas at Sam's Club my car stopped running rough. I tried these out a few times and I've decided Sam's club gas makes my car run better. Downfall, not as cleaned up area.”

“I use them for my compounded tirzepatide. Sometimes, the quality seems to vary? Sometimes, it works, and sometimes, it does not work? They source it from an outside lab. The service is good, I just wonder how well the meds actually work.”

“This was my first time going to this Sam’s. Overall it was a good experience except that I had a bit of trouble with the scan & go. I pulled up the QR code while I was in line to get the code scanned. I suddenly got the feedback screen pop up and that usually pops up after it’s scanned. The employee still made me look for the QR code but I explained that I already got the feedback screen and she kept telling me to go to my receipts and I did several times and she would tell me that’s not the right code so finally she just checked the receipt and let me go. Other than that I had no issues and the samples were great as always.”
“Peter is awesome! He filled all my mom’s meds up until her passing and then I started going there. Him & his team are efficient and always get my meds filled in a timely manner. There are 3-4 other Walmarts closer to me and I make the drive because of how great this location is.”

After over a year, I finally found this pharmacy and I couldn't be more satisfied. Sabrina ALWAYS takes the time to make me feel like I'm the most important patient in the world. She knows me by name, as does most of the staff, and she always greets me with a smile regardless of what is going on. She always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things in a way my chemo brain can register. When you meet people who make the worst experience in life a little bit better, you value them for being nothing short of guardian angels. THANK YOU CVS, for being there for our community.”
