“Wanted to give some praise to Greg. I am a long time ATT customer bu recently ported over to Verizon. No issues, simple took advantage of a great bundle deal that made sense for my 4 lines +Internet. Greg took his time to help with a recent upgrade that I needed to return within the 14days. It was a bit of a process due to my account being ported over and Greg not having access in the Att side. All in all the loyalty department is work on the return label and processing. In today’s world it seems like fewer people take pride in what they do. Greg isn’t one of those people. I’m pleasure meeting you and thanks for your help!”

“First and foremost I want to say thank you to Danni, Ocean, Logan, and Nick. I do hope I spelled everyone's names correctly, you four are so amazing and very patient with my husband and I going back and forth with wanting to get a new phone and to wanting to switch over from AT&t to Verizon. Not only did you guys give us a great deal, Logan you were giving out different suggestions that we could add to our account, you didn't have to but you did. Nick, thank you for your kind words and great customer service! Danni, you were the first one to get us hooked on the thought of moving over to Verizon. Ocean, my husband wanted to personally thank you for helping him! We are a Verizon family now and I don't think we'll be leaving.”

“I took in my dying Lenovo laptop and Tim took control. I was charged a diagnostic fee. Later that day, Tim called me suspecting the battery was the culprit. He installed the new battery which he had ordered but turned out there was more to the problem. Further diagnostics indicated a CPU failure as well. Too costly to repair. Tim removed the new battery for return to his supplier, and he did not charge me anymore than the original fee. All this was performed in about 4 days. Tim is very personable, candid, respectful, and communicated by text to keep me updated on progress. He recommended which laptop brands and models to buy - and which models to avoid. I'm the proud owner of a new Dell 16 now. Any customer should feel confident that they are in good hands at the Flower Mound CPR. Thanks Tim.”

“I visited this store yesterday and had the pleasure of being assisted by Poe, an outstanding representative of AT&T. I has having issues with my phone which he quickly diagnosed and resolved. In addition, he pointed out to my wife and I that we were eligible (due to age) to a feature that we were not aware of. He patiently explained how it worked and assuaged our concerns. Ultimately we did avail ourselves of this opportunity which we were very grateful. Lastly, we both had damaged screens and, after his quick research, found that we had screen protection. He ordered replacements which will be delivered to our residence and we will be able to make an appointment with him upon receipt to have them installed. Lastly, I use a walker and he even accompanied us to our parking space and assisted me in placing it in our vehicle. Unbelievable service!!”
