“I had a noon appointment and they took my car right away. They gave me an estimate and once they further investigated they realized I needed a special light bulb replacement. They gave me an updated quote and stated they ordered the new bulb and it should be there within the hour. It arrived and was out there in a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes and the cost was the 2nd quote which was $150 cheaper then the Audi dealership
First time there and will definitely use them for an my Audi q5 maintenance/repairs”

J d fixed her car for A fraction of that amount and he only had to fix it once he told her it wasn't a hard fix and the other shop , just patched it up and charged her a lot”

“I broke down in Keller , Texas while I was on my way to work. I contacted a guy that I work with & he told me to call his brother @ kings automotive. They were closed because it was Sunday, afternoon. The owners wife texted me and gave me the name of the the truck company that they work with. Got towed 2 their shop. It only took a day & half to fix my truck. Very friendly people to deal with& very professional. I highly recommend them if anybody needs auto repair. “Although we ultimately did not have any repairs completed, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this shop. My fiancé and I were in the middle of a cross-country road trip when we started noticing issues with our vehicle. Wanting to be safe, we took it to the nearest shop, where they thoroughly inspected it and informed us that the car was unfortunately no longer operable.
What truly stood out was the kindness and support we received from everyone there. They allowed us to keep the vehicle at their shop for a week while we figured out how to get it back home, and the staff went above and beyond to answer questions and help us through a very stressful situation. Being stranded far from home was overwhelming, but this shop restored our faith in good people.
