“I love going to tractor supply and bringing my puppies with me. There are so many toys to choose from flea and tick medication there. Great so that you know dog food. It's a great place to shop if you have pets.”
“We had a German Shepherd for 11 years. During that time, we saw four different vets. None of the vets wanted to work with our girl, calling her an “elephant” or “too dangerous”. One vet would not see her unless she was sedated. Parkside was the last place we went. Our dog was in her last days and Parkside vets were knowledgeable and caring. They did everything to make the dog comfortable and spent a lot of time explaining the process. It was a good experience during a difficult time. I recommend them.”

“Our 11yr old Border Collies suddenly developed allergies. Shopping w/my low vision impairment is very problematic. I called ahead of our visit. Staff was so kind, professional, patient, &answered my many questions. Upon arrival to the store, they recalled our conversation and helped choose an appropriate food. The return policy is great too. They genuinely like their work and care about animals. On the way out, they also brought to our attn a few bulletins from a foster, about 2 younger Border Collies needing homes. We have lived in the area many yrs, and Colleyville's Hollywood Feed now has a new loyal customer!”
“Hollywoodfeed in Lantana has the most helpful, friendly staff I have ever encountered. From the greetings when you walk in the door to the assistance in carrying out your purchases to your car, I feel so welcomed and at home. Love this store! I have six dogs with various conditions and they help me care for them. If I have questions, they can help or refer me to some who can help.”
“I’m a loyal customer at this store. It is well stocked and fairly priced and I love the grooming area in the back of the store. I recommend getting the dog bath punch card if you do take your dog somewhere outside of your home to be groomed.
The staff can occasionally be slow when it comes to curbside orders. I’ve learned to go in and ask for a pickup order versus using their mobile option and waiting for someone to bring it out. The last two times I’ve tried curbside, it appeared no one was looking for those notifications because when I came in to get it after waiting a while, the staff was chatting with each other in the front of

“I love Elite Suites. They take your dog and just work on her. Coco use to be at the groomers from 8 to 4 and in a cage when they weren’t working on her, now She’s in and out in an hour. Rhonda takes good care of her and she has her every time and she’s never in a cage.”
“Call for an appointment so you can join the Spa Party Train at Fur Baby. Conductor Ashley leads our train and ensures all passengers are treated like royalty. Upon departing the station, these babies are total glam. Toot toot!!”
“Great place to wash your pup and buy food and supplies. I take Stella every so often and use the self-wash area. It is always clean, and they offer multiple types of shampoos. There are aprons, towels, and small treats as well in the self-wash area. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also stock up on my cockatiel's food and supplies there. They have great sales and yummy treats (or so Stella tells me.) No guarantee your dog will not lie in a bunch of leaves as soon as she comes back from her bath there.”

“Let's talk their Justin location. They have everything a chicken owner could want or need. All the best local grain brands, which is imperative these days. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable and has been in the business for years. So whatever livestock you have, a trip here is beyond worth it. Oh and they deliver.”
“First time visit at petco. Crystal and Dr. Biden our were excellent and informative. They were attentive to my cat and the service was great. The one thing I did not like was that they suggested an x-ray, which I would have liked to get done if it didn't cost $500 just for the x-ray. This price is absolutely ludicrous. I would expect that from an emergency vet but not a regular one. This price is not feasible for clients looking for pet care, and beyond what I am willing to pay. So the service here is great, I like that I got a coupon for a free exam, but the prices are high here and I will not be returning due to this. I want to emphasize again the service and people were great but the prices are not affordable.”

“I love Pam! She is very patient and kind to all animals as well as their owners. I don't mind that it might take her awhile to call me back. She owns the business, she can set her own hours. She took care of my little poodle years ago and now she takes care of my golden retriever mix. She is very thorough and he always looks so good when she finishes with him. I am always pleased when I pick him up and he likes to go to see her.”
“I’ve always been a bigger fan of PetCo than Pet Smart. Petco has a better and more diverse inventory of products, including for exotic pets. I have Ferrets and Petco has always maintained a good selection of Ferret foods, treats and toys.”

“I had an issue with a same-day delivery order placed online, where the DoorDash driver only delivered part of my items. When I called the store, Kendall, the manager, was incredibly apologetic and offered multiple solutions to make things right. Since the delivery driver wasn't returning to the store to pick up the rest of my order, Kendall generously offered to deliver it himself. I was honestly surprised by the offer and felt it was above and beyond—but he insisted it was no trouble. He personally brought the rest of my order that same afternoon. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. Kendall truly went the extra mile, and thanks to him, this store has earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you, Kendall!”

“Excellent service for my elderly rescue dog, he hates having nails clipped and has become somewhat bitey over the attempt to trim. The wonderful ladies in the grooming area did a fantastic job with him and clipping his nails, I think he actually might've enjoyed it some as well. This is a very well trained set of groom staff and I highly recommend them for your pet grooming and all other care needs, including a good selection of pet toys for not too much money!??”
“We live in Dallas and staying in Watauga for family. I walked in and they said it would be timely to get an appointment but suggested I call my vet to get the data on vaccinations. We did that and they were able to get my baby in. I love this place. Everyone was so human!!!!”

“Had to go to return a few items I didn’t need and found out the girl that charged me the first time charged me twice for one thing and didn’t charge me at all for one of the items I was trying to return. Despite the odd situation, the workers worked quickly to help me resolve the issue. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, it’s my favorite!”
