“Took the trip over this morning after learning the north fort worth store had closed. Sad day. Staff was always super friendly and knowledgeable, knew who I was even only visiting every couple of months to stock up. Was not impressed with the service. Was used to very friendly/talkative staff at my store. Will chalk it up to a bad morning maybe but sheesh... Will give the place one more chance before finding a new place closer to home. Sadly will mean finding a new
Tobaco flavor only as well.

Management reached out and gave me an update which shows extraordinary customer service. I was going to give them a second chance but now will definitely be making the 30-40min drive when I need to restock. Luckily the store is on my way home from the office so may help as well. Just have to plan ahead. I truly appreciate the effort they made to keep a long term customer!”
