“It's a bit expensive but the workers are nice & helpful. There's just only about 1 maybe 2 cashier's at any given time. Most times There's a waiting line for both lanes. So if u hav a bad back then u need to get a grocery cart to lean on. Cuz it might be a while before u get checked out at the cashier at Brookshire's in Rockdale Tx”

“It's a small town Walmart, everything goes pretty smoothly until there are younger employees who have just started their first jobs, it seems they always hire 10-15 at one time and not enough training is complete before they are on registers/bagging. Some go so fast you can't double check prices or they put dental items in bags with cleaning products ect. Sanitary items in bags with meat ect....”

“Most of the time it's pretty busy with one register open. But, most of the workers are super helpful. One specific worker is always letting people know about sales and specials that they are currently having. And the ladies in the deli always seem to be having a good time. I love seeing people with good attitudes.”

“I've encountered some really good employees here and some not so great. Job turnover rate must be bad here. There has been one man that's been a familiar face there for a little while now. He's always kind and friendly to my kids. Store isn't always in the best shape but, when there seems to be an employee issue that makes things a little more difficult.”
