“10/5 stars! We got into Rockport around 4:45 p.m. and realized we needed a tire patched. Even though they were closing at 5:00, the team at Craig’s Tires took care of us without hesitation. They had us fixed up quickly and got us safely back on the road. Outstanding customer service and a great example of going above and beyond for customers.”
“Out of town with a flat? Well we'd rather support a local Texas company and came in with no appointment to Gordos and had our tire fixed in 15-20 mins and cost $25 which I felt was reasonable for quick service. Staff was great and respectful too.”
“The owner of this shop is amazing and so honest, I went there for a problem with my brakes feeling soft and squishy, I had heard from other mechanics that I needed to have my master cylinder replaced. I replaced it and still had the same problem so I wanted to get a second opinion. Mo drove my 4Runner for over five minutes and came back and said that he thought my brakes were working fine and that I didn’t need them worked on. He said “why fix something that Isn’t broken “. I have never gone to a repair shop before that said I didn’t need to have anything fixed..Have you? I trust this owner more than anyone else now since he didn’t try to scam me into fixing something that wasn’t faulty. Will definitely go back if I need other mechanical issues .”
“We were in Rockport on vacation when the driver's side window of our van collapsed. Jimmy was amazing, we brought our van in the next morning at 8 o'clock and he had it done by noon... price was extremely reasonable ..quality of work was excellent, we could not have asked for a better result! He really knows how to fix cars and does it need to rely on the computer to tell him what to do! We were very pleased our vacation was not disrupted and we highly recommend his shop.”

“This is the guy that can find that one rotten pair in a bulkhead connector buried deep in a harness under your car that two dealers gave up on . He done did me right.Sad to say , but a piece of metal under an eighth by an inch long can incapacitate your car and result in 100s of dollars in shop and tow fees , if you pick the wrong shops (plural) .If I could only convince him to charge twice as much, it would still be a good value.”
