I message Kyle Tatum at about 9:45pm last night and he responded immediately and got me in touch with Vice President, Joseph McDermott, minutes later.
They meet with me the following morning at 8am. By 2pm, we've been pre-approved for a qualification letter on a big project.
I've never experienced anything like this from any bank—ever.

“USE THIS BANK!!!! A+++++ normally I’m not a fan of banks whatsoever, they’re mechanical and for themselves. This is the only bank I’ve ever been to where it’s 100% the opposite.

She’s guided me to the right services every time, and she’s answered questions with real applicable answers not fluff.
I run multiple big companies and there’s no chance I’d have gone to Frost if it wasn’t for Michelle. My wife and I trust her, trust the bank and trust that no matter what it’s the right place for us to be.
