We really like banking with them because it does give the small town vibes and also because it’s on a more personal level- and by this the employees are there consistently and not new faces every time you go in and they remember you! Also, it’s just good banking here! The app is great - I can do transfers and see my balance quickly! Also can message them and they respond promptly! I recommend this bank if you want a great bank to deal with!”

“I don’t usually step foot inside banks anymore—I do just about everything online—but I tagged along with a friend who was handling some business at Wells Fargo Bank – Rowlett Branch, and I’m glad I did. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. No chaos, no long waits—just a clean, quiet space that felt… easy.
My friend walked right up to the counter and was helped immediately. While he handled his transaction, I grabbed a seat on the couches and took in the surroundings. Comfortable seating, relaxed vibe—already a win. But what really caught my attention were the photos on the wall.
I wandered over and realized they weren’t just decorations. They told a quick, visual history of Wells Fargo in Rowlett, and honestly, that was a nice touch. It gave the branch some personality and local flavor instead of feeling like a generic bank lobby.
