The staff, who have been there for several years, offer Triple A+ customer service. When an item is lost or sold out, the store holds it and calls back, giving great joy. The owner and sales associates are kind and hold items. Bella's House receives happy returns and is loved for excellent customer service.

Stopped by after having breakfast in downtown Rockwall and checking out the Farmers Market. Such a welcoming and cute store! Clothing, jewelry beauty and so much more to peruse. The ladies there were super sweet and so helpful. Thank you for such a lovely shopping experience.
