“Such a cute little store!! I was surprised to see a little nook full of children’s books, videos, cds and milestone goodies. I recently went in looking for a Bible that I would enjoy reading and understand and a lady helped me to find one that I have loved so far! She talked to me about the different versions available and why one would chose it. She spent a good amount of time with me making sure she understood what I was wanting and took her time to talk to me about them making sure I understood what she was saying. I didn’t feel rushed at all and didn’t feel like she was pressuring me into buying anything I wouldn’t enjoy.”

“Feels like a very incomplete Half Price Books experience, like the store is just too small to really be part of that legendary chain. Still, it is helped by having a friendly and competent staff and good maintenance.”

“Great local place in the heart of Downtown Rockwall. Met a friend for lunch and loved the variety of menu items. Food was delicious. Prices are pretty comparable to other restaurants in the area.”
“A vital and often overlooked community resource that serves diligently and quietly hundreds of county area seniors. Providing not just literally the meals on wheels, but also human interaction and comradeship, serving mental health needs and even going so far as to care for the pets of the elderly. This entire operation is so much deeper and more meaningful than you would imagine at face value. For some of the elderly they visit the interaction with the meals on wheels volunteers is the only human interaction that senior will have in a day.Certainly worth a five star review here on Facebook but more importantly certainly worth a donation of your time to volunteer or money to power the massive effort that they undertake and have undertook for 40 years now.”
