“Busy Clean store, line went quickly, lots to choose from and helpful staff. I will say stockers can be a bit too much in a hurry and seem frustrated going from the dressing rooms. But things do move fast in the store.
If you move slow be aware of fast moving staff with clothes racks. My suggestion to the store would be have staff use one side of the dressing room to exit. Disabled people are not able to move out of the way as quickly.
Lady at checkout was so helpful and kind. Several staff throughout the store organizing the clothes were helpful as well.
Again it is busy here on a Saturday.”

“Janice was a great cashier and extremely helpful and polite and understanding! She was super nice and felt like the sweet aunt you’ve always needed. Meanwhile, as Janice was trying to check me out, her boss, Robin I believe is her name, was being extremely rude to her employees about needing help and rushing them to get off the registers while they were in the middle of transactions. (BTW this was at 8:10pm and they don’t close until 9:30pm on Fridays..) Regardless of all of that, Janice needs a raise and Robin should learn to be nicer to her employees/peers. Especially over radios while customers can hear it.

“The young lady in the Sephora section with the dark eyeglasses was extremely nice and a pleasure to interact with. I no longer go to the location in Forney due to the unpleasantries there so I am pleased I found a location where the employees seem to enjoy what they do.”
“The checkout line at this location is always suuuuper long. They need to hire more staff to remedy this problem. Otherwise, it's a great store and the staff are always very friendly and helpful!”
“I stopped by the Estée Lauder counter to buy some Double Wear, the associate was so nice! She told me all about the presell. She gave me a sample of my favorite color to hold me over, I was going on a trip, till I picked up my purchase from the presell. Went to pick it up on the 20th and she helped me right away. Thank you to all the wonderful associates there at the Estée Lauder and Clinique counter. I will be back!”
