“Stopped in expecting to grab what I needed and leave. Then Declan showed up and completely ruined my plan by being way too helpful. He somehow knew exactly where everything was, answered all my questions, and made the whole trip ridiculously easy. I’m starting to think he secretly lives in the store.
If customer service were an Olympic sport, Declan would be bringing home the gold. Give this man a raise before another business recruits him.”
“Just wow. Walmart can have a reputation of being disorganized and cluttered, or messy. The Walmart in Rowlett is none of those things. Well organized, clean, helpful staff, plus the Walmart prices and convenience that keep you returning . I have been to many Walmart, but if I had to pick only one to return to, this Walmart in Rowlett would be the one.”
“The staff are approachable and you can actually find someone when you need them both in the aisles and at check out. The place is cleaner than a lot of Walmarts as well.”
“There's a neighborhood Walmart right next to my house on 66/and Lakeshore Dr. in Rockwall, I pass it almost every time in order to come to this one in Rowlett. Far better selection than in Rockwall.”

“Hi! My name is Sophie and I’m a dog. My mommy let me borrow her phone so I can do this. (It’s hard with claws) My mommy got me a prescription from my vet and got it filled at Walmart in Rowlett through Good RX.
My mommy was so happy because I got more pills for WAY cheaper than my Dr. Thank you Walmart Supercenter!

“Tonight the Rowlett Target restored how I’ve been feeling towards shopping there! Not 1 but 2 people that served me acted like they loved their job , and they made returning and shopping (spending extra) easy ! My 19 year old even commented on their customer service ! We did not have the same experience the night before at a different location ( after spending close to 300.00 ?) it was very disappointing! It is amazing what a smile and a friendly attitude can do for retail! I often feel like that is lost , unless I’m at Chick Fil A and they have it down ! Thank you Rowlett for letting my son see the importance of a good attitude and a little effort!”
