“The price was right. Sign up was fast and cheap. The storage garage was very easy to get to. My only gripe is the main office is not open Sundays, but at least the gates allow you in on Sunday. .”

“During our stressful out of state move it was a complete surprise when we were greeted so wonderfully by the Manager, Ruth. My mother is on a walker and Ruth came outside to help her and greet her. Ruth made this part of the move, stress free, and one less thing to worry about. We highly recommend RUTH, Public Storage, and the location.”

I checked out yesterday and the entire process went seamlessly. As soon as I walked in, Ruth greeted me with a warm smile and clearly explained the steps for closing out my storage unit. From move-in to move-out, the customer service was outstanding. The facility is very secure with gated access and 24-hour surveillance, which gave me peace of mind the whole time. I highly recommend this location!”

I’ve stored with most major companies in 4 different states over the last 20 years and this has been an exceptional experience. Pro tip: always remember to use (and replace regularly) Damp Rid boxes in your storage units to deal with moisture, especially in Texas.”

“We've had storage here for many years. It is an outdoor storage facility so the poor reviews on here make me scratch my head because there's certain things that come along with a non-climate controlled facility exposed to the elements and nature. We've had a storage unit here two different times for many years. We've never had any issues. The location is convenient and secure. If you are concerned about pests - set out your own bait inside your unit - it's that simple. If you have maintenance concerns - contact the owners and allow them time to address it. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We HIGHLY recommend using Rockwall Mini Storage for your storage needs.”

“Came in to just get some info about units to see what worked best for my family. Amanda was great, got up to greet me as soon as I walked it. Took me to see all the different units and answered any questions I had. Gave me a small tour of the grounds so I knew my way around. She called to check back in and after looking at some other places around the area and not getting any customer service, we new this was the place!”
