“Ruth was great! She helped us find our interior unit and helped us figure out the mechanism for keeping the roll up door open. The facilities were neat. Driving through the rows of units is easy with plenty of space for vehicles to pass each other and for larger vehicles to easily navigate the rows. We are happy we chose this location.”
“Super friendly people! I don’t remember the kind lady’s name that helped with my reservation but she answered all my questions. Once the reservation was made Lacey called to confirm and even met me at the Copeville unit at dark to accommodate me moving stuff in late! Lacey made me feel like family! She is super resourceful too! Such a blessing I chose this location. It is close to my home. I feel my things are safe and secure here! Being out in the country I do expect things to get dusty. Lacey had all the tools to make sure the unit was clean. She even let me choose a bigger unit that was on my reservation and didn’t mind changing the paperwork. I am grateful for her kindness, thank you Lacey!”

“544 Boat & RV Storage is absolutely AMAZING! The owner is incredibly professional, super friendly, and genuinely goes out of his way to help. The facility is very secure and I feel 100% confident leaving both my RV and boat on-site. What really blew me away was when my truck was in the shop and I needed my RV moved for a trip they stepped in without hesitation and took care of it. That kind of service is rare these days. We are very satisfied tenants, and I can honestly say this is the BEST storage facility around. Highly, highly recommend!”

I tend to forget to lock up time to time when leaving my unit and Janet has always made sure to put a temp lock on my unit to ensure that my belongings are safe and secure. Also should out to the maintenance guy, Tyler. Cool dude, nice and helpful, good vibes all around. Would definitely recommend Morningstar Storage to a friend. “We used the app to schedule and the process was easy. Pickup was walked through on the app and not difficult. It was straightforward on price and we bumped into a very pleasant employee moving the trucks. They are closed on Saturday but don't let that detour you. The return was even easy also. If needed will definitely use this location again.”

“I never fill out reviews , however I have had an exceptionally good experience with the customer service at Wylie boat an RV. I had a terrible week , moved travel trailor from Ok to Tx had to get it out of residential area that I moved it to when I got to Texas. I Called and caled to find a place after my trailor was tagged by the po po and the date I HAD TO MOVE IT AGAIN . I called Wylie Rv the employees name was Jessica , and she patiently and pleasantly listened to what I needed , went out if her way , above and beyond ( in my opinion) to help me get into a spot easily . In short after a VERY trying week it was a breath of fresh air to feel like someone cared and wasvemoathatic to my situation , helpfuLL and considerate. “I am writing this review for Mikeulyn Ruggles because I plan on posting this everywhere I can. Honestly, where did RecNation find a girl like this? My husband and I travel a lot and have been storing with RecNation for a few years now. We have never had any real issues, but customer service reaches a whole new level when someone actually cares.
We were onsite washing our RV and were pouring sweat. My husband had us parked in a spot where it would be easy for someone to accidentally strike us or the unit if they were not paying attention. Without us even asking, Mikeulyn grabbed some orange cones and blocked off the area so we were safer. Then she brought us back bottles of cold water and asked how she could improve our experience at RecNation. She was truly eager for feedback. I kept wondering if this is training RecNation does, or if she is just that invested in her guests?
We told her we have had a good experience overall, but mentioned the only complaint is the flooding when it rains. She explained that it is a project she has already requested, and she is hopeful it gets approved soon. She even helped my husband back up the motor home by directing him. After that, she shook our hands and went to help the next tenants who had just pulled up. I made sure to grab her business card. She is an absolute gem. I have never felt so seen, and it is just a storage facility!
