“I have had items stored at this Public Storage for the past 11 months. When I first contacted them the woman who assisted me, Carriann, was very knowledgeable and kind. Everything is well secured from the type of locks, many cameras and in & out policies. It is kept extremely clean, as well.”

“The staff are friendly, and I really appreciate that the units are easy to get to. The only thing I’d suggest is getting bigger carts, …. they’re a bit small right now.”

“I love this storage facility. I used this storage facility for a year then didn’t need it anymore. I then decided again I needed a storage unit decided to use public storage due to it having an outside unit but I didn’t like it at all. Not only is Morningstar storage affordable, you have 24 hour access without having to pay more, and they offer dollys, a free box truck for moving, easy access to restrooms, and water fountains. I will never try another facility as long as I stay in Rockwall. I highly recommend this place.”

“Used them for many years to store my RV. Only stopped because I moved out of the state. Price was very affordable and they have covered and uncovered options. 24 hour access was awesome and the billing was simple. Had a small billing mixup after I had cancelled my account and they were very responsive and quick to fix it. Couldn't really ask for more, I highly recommend them.”

“Clean and i never had an issue with shipping delivery’s. I own my own online business and they always get my packages tracked and delivered fast. Went down the road to Union Valley Mail Plus and it reeked of cigarettes and they couldn’t track down my package that I gave them… both delivery businesses are on 276 and I highly recommend you go to this store versus union valley.”
