Wysondria was super helpful and understanding. The grounds are very clean and the units and buildings are in great condition. You can see that they take care of the property very well. “I love this storage facility. I used this storage facility for a year then didn’t need it anymore. I then decided again I needed a storage unit decided to use public storage due to it having an outside unit but I didn’t like it at all. Not only is Morningstar storage affordable, you have 24 hour access without having to pay more, and they offer dollys, a free box truck for moving, easy access to restrooms, and water fountains. I will never try another facility as long as I stay in Rockwall. I highly recommend this place.”

“So the downside to the vault is that they are seemingly more expensive than some of the competition here in town, BUT I have amenities here that many other lack like the ability to drive up directly to my unit 24 hrs/ 7days week. And I have had a lot of different storage units in my time, and I can say that staff here is absolutely first class. They are knowledgeable and helpful and go above and beyond whenever possible to make moving in as painless as possible. Having 24 hour, drive up access and a staff that is so great allows me to give them 5 stars sans hesitation.”
“We've had storage here for many years. It is an outdoor storage facility so the poor reviews on here make me scratch my head because there's certain things that come along with a non-climate controlled facility exposed to the elements and nature. We've had a storage unit here two different times for many years. We've never had any issues. The location is convenient and secure. If you are concerned about pests - set out your own bait inside your unit - it's that simple. If you have maintenance concerns - contact the owners and allow them time to address it. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We HIGHLY recommend using Rockwall Mini Storage for your storage needs.”

“Came in to just get some info about units to see what worked best for my family. Amanda was great, got up to greet me as soon as I walked it. Took me to see all the different units and answered any questions I had. Gave me a small tour of the grounds so I knew my way around. She called to check back in and after looking at some other places around the area and not getting any customer service, we new this was the place!”
