It is an honor to be a member of the Austin Infiniti family. Let me start by saying I drive from San Antonio Texas to Austin Texas for services for my vehicle. Dave Henricks (Service Advisor) and Mario Trevino (Inspector) are without a doubt the ideal professionals representing Austin Infiniti extremely well. There professionalism an expertise gives customers the calm and ease of knowing that their vehicle is in the care of caring professionals. I applaud the care and concern they give each and every time I am trust my vehicle to them. They are the Abraham Lincolns of Austin Infiniti. There Dave is the most honest service advisor I have ever encountered in the 8 years of me owning my Infinity. I take pride in writing this review because all too often the bad is said but the good is always overlooked for just a thank you. “SO SO SO THANKFUL FOR THEM!!! Was traveling very far out from my hometown (all the way in Arizona), just got done driving 18 hours. Noticed there was a knocking noise coming from my vehicle. Called around but no one had any open availability, thankfully Crank Auto was open weekends and very welcoming to me. Had me bring in the vehicle and found out my bearings and ball joint was very bad! Not to mention how quick the timing was to make sure it was done but they were very accommodating and affordable for my family. Highly recommend! Unfortunately, they changed the pricing to a two hour min of $60ish. If you need to do a quick job, it doesn't make sense to come here anymore. Seems like the owner wanted to shift the focus of the shop to larger, project jobs, not sure.

I cannot recommend All Points Mechanics enough! My experience with them was absolutely fantastic.

I needed to replace the third brake light on my car—a job that is often much more complex and time-consuming than it sounds. I called them yesterday, and they were very helpful, telling me to stop by today for an estimate.

The owner was incredibly friendly and transparent. After getting the estimate, I asked about scheduling the work. He told me that if I left the car right then (around 11 AM), they would get it done before the end of the day. To my surprise and delight, they called me before 2 PM to let me know my car was ready!

The replacement was perfect, the service was unbelievably fast, and the final price was very reasonable. This team is highly professional, efficient, and super friendly. If you're in the Austin area and need quality work, look no further than All Points Mechanics!”

But after taking my car to Travis at Century Automotive, I finally got answers! Travis said that my rotors needed to be resurfaced. The work was done quickly and affordably, and he even made me aware of an issue with my oil pan that I had no idea about. Now, I am wary of someone telling me about a problem they can sell me a solution for, but that wasn't his aim.
