“Very good quality tools but not the best out there. But truth is you’re paying a fraction of what you pay at other hardware stores. Great place if you’re looking to save some money”

“Great response time from employees, fully stocked, one of the only places sans Lowe’s and Home Depot that had cinder blocks. There was an employee there named Mr. Duran, not sure if that’s how you spell it but he and I sat and talked for a few minutes while we loaded my truck up and I just can’t say enough about that man in the short time we spent together. We need more people like him in not just the workplace but the world. This shop is a little bit further out than the one close to me in fulshear but I’ll certainly be coming to this location from now on.”

“Everyone involved with my placement of my order communication when it was ready and pick up as smooth as can be. They all did a great job. Except the app the Home Depot app sucks it's too slow it doesn't help you do a damn thing it takes forever. They need to fix it. This morning's trip to Home Depot involved the paint department. How did a great job!”

“On Tuesday April 28, 2026 I came to look at a few items to purchase for a few projects I have ahead of me. Mr.Brent and Mr.Mark in the garden department were phenomenal!!! They assisted me by helping me with a few items, that I was looking at, and was patient to answer questions I needed answered. Mr Jerome in lumber was also phenomenal!!! I had many questions about the different kinds of wood that doesn't rot that easily, and the best option to choose from for my project. He was very patient and kind, when it came to assisting me. There was a Caucasian gentleman, a middle age or a little older who asked a question about a tool, in which he helped me and explained some things. I did have many other questions to asked, but in his interaction, I could tell that he wasn't up to assisting me no more than he already did. So I helped myself, and did what I could to come up with my own idea of what to do. I can't give credit to this gentleman, because he showed me, that was not there to help with all my questions. Overall I had a great experience, with the 3 mentioned, who kindly and patiently assisted me. I give 5 stars to each of these gentlemen!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Recently (May 2026) the service has been amazing. Anytime I’m looking at something, and usually looking a bit confused, an employee walks up and asks if they can help. I keep seeing it over and over recently. Greg was super helpful today as I was working on an electrical project and he took the time to educate me. And if they don’t know, they’ll find someone or look it up.”
