Metro by T-Mobile provides good customer service. The place is nice. Staff help a lot by fixing the bill and giving the best deal and best price, sometimes with a free case. It is the best customer service experience with no scam and no lies. Some customers are very happy and always come back. The language used could change for better service, as some customers speak Spanish.
