“Jake is amazing, one of our cell phone wasn't charging as it should. He looked at it, quoted a time frame for service, which surprised me that it would be done by 5:00, same day. I received a call 3 hrs earlier than expected that it was ready to be picked up. The price was reasonable also. We were so happy that we wouldn't have to get a new phone. Needless to say it's in my contact list!”

Boy i was wrong and my map wasn't even trying to take me to this location.. These ladies did above and beyond service quality care. Desiree came in like a storm and handled business. She work fast and punctual taking every step with care and precision. And when she wasn't available Liz stepped in and took care of the other phone company like a champ.
