“Suuuuper grateful to have been helped by both Destiny and Clarissa today! They were beyond helpful every step of the way in getting a new phone and completing the setup. I’ve never had such a smooth and enjoyable experience getting a new phone. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Will definitely be coming to this location in the future with them working here!!”

“I had a great experience with Zach at T-Mobile. Even though he’s in sales, he took the time to thoroughly help me resolve an issue with my account that wasn’t even his responsibility. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like that thank you, Zach, for the outstanding customer service!”

“This place is amazing. A couple of days ago I got an amazing bed set. The process was simple, easy , and they were so accommodating. Now I’m back a couple of days later to get a living room set and a dresser for my spouses homes and the price is like nothing no one is offering. We literally were in and out in 15 min. They have made my transition to my new home seemless and so comfortable for me and my kids. Thanks BUDDYS”

“Went in because my wife and I were very disappointed with customer service and cell phone reception that we were having with AT&T. Jonathan and Charmi did an amazing job in setting us into the right direction not only with cell phone service but internet for our home as well. Thank you both once again keep up the great work!”

“This was a cute 7-Eleven. When you walk in, you immediately see the toy section (well played 7-Eleven). So needless to say, I rushed my kids inside, hehe. There was one slushie machine with 4 flavors and 1 lemonade machine where you can pick your flavor. We were a little disappointed that they didn't have a mystery Pokemon flavor. They also had a coffee section and a soda fountain. They had a small selection for hot food and a nice selection of packaged snacks. The cashier was very friendly.Overall, we liked this 7-Eleven.”

“Lots of things to offer. I went to this Target location today. I’ve been many times. Every now and then there’s messy dressing rooms/bathrooms, but that doesn’t take away from the retail therapy. I love their book section too. It’s one of the best in the Houston area.”

“My son, for some reason, is obsessed with 7-Eleven. Maybe its the catchy name, or the joy of walking into a convenient store and being able to pick out your favorite snacks. Or maybe its the quality time that we are spending together. Whatever the reason, we have decided to begin a new trend:We are going to visit a new 7-Eleven store each weekend to find the best one! He is super excited about this adventure and anxious to see what each store has to offer. Our first review is of this one. It was a convenient place to stop on the way back in to Rosenberg. It is located directly after the bridge and a quick right turn (left if you are leaving Rosenberg) will take you to the store. My first impression of the store was, "Eh, I've seen nicer stores." There were 2 slushie machines, each with 2 flavors to choose from. We decided to get the mystery Pokémon flavors and we have a blast trying to decide what the flavor was.The 5 star review is for the cashier who checked us out. I wish I caught her name, but she was wonderful and incredibly patient with my son. He was so excited to tell her what flavor he thought the slushie was, and she was kindly interacting with him.So, this was stop one on our journey to find the best 7-Eleven. Can't wait to see what the next one brings!”

“Aaliyah is awesome! Such a wonderful attitude and always working to make me feel welcome when I visit the store. I accidentally pressed the frown face on the customer survey when she rang up my items so y'all please don't count that against her!!! Seriously, she is awesome! On another note, y'all need to space those two buttons on the customer survey further apart, I got big fingers! There should be a VERY clear distinguishing feature between the happy and sad face. I can't imagine how many customers must have hit frown thinking that they were hitting happy.”
