I got a crummy battery from a sketch mechanic and the connectors didnt sit right on the posts. I came in and Chris (i think thats how its spelled) helped me out. By far the friendliest and best service I've had at this location. They even came out and swapped the part for me since I didnt have the right tools. 10/10
