“I had an outstanding experience at this Sherwin-Williams location. The team here is truly exceptional. Mr. Dom, Mr. Muhammad, and Ms. Emily were all incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. These days it’s rare to find people who genuinely care about providing great customer service, but every one of them went above and beyond. Their positive attitude and commitment to helping every customer made my visit the best I’ve ever had at any Sherwin-Williams store. Highly recommended!”

“The wall inside my house has a color stain from when my kids were playing around during their toddler age. The builder had only a little left of the original paint, which was about to dry up as paste. Despite this, the paint I have now matches the wall perfectly. I was worried about running out of paint, so I pulled the spec from the builder and found that it was called “Repose Gray.” I went to Home Depot and bought a quart of Marquee Flat with Repose Gray. However, the color was too dark gray and didn’t match as expected. I finally took the remaining paint to Sherwin Williams. The gentleman Keith at the store was very knowledgeable and explained that the Repose Gray from the builder might not be the same as the Repose Gray on the floor due to mass production and the large quantity they produced. He tried his best to match the remaining paint I had from the builder, and the result was a perfect match! Thank you!”

“I've been in sales for a long time and my experience with Michelle is one of those examples of mastery. She was an expert in paint, she assisted us without us asking, she was informative, warm, and friendly, interested in our projects etc... I'm going to apply some of the experience I had with her to my career.”
