“I was ill and could not drive to the Sugarland Sherwin Williams store, the only store that had a product called Kaboom in stock. I told the young lady I needed it but could not come for it so I asked if it could be sent to the SW near me and I'd ask the painter to drive over and pick it up. He drives in from Humble and I felt really bad asking him to drive all the way to Sugarland too. She said oh, no worries, she'd have it delivered. It arrived the next day. I was so grateful!”
