“The Property Manager at this location Ms. Sharon has made my rental experience the best. She is quick to respond to calls or emails and is very easy to work with. The location is perfect for my wife as it is close to the school she teaches at as she uses this unit to store teaching material over the summer break!! “We just went today October 30th 2025 best customer service from Jennifer she helped us out a lot she made us feel comfortable. She went above and beyond and showed us the storage unit that we needed just for a bed and table and she recommended a 5x10. Very clean setting good on the rules. She evens gives complaints lol by calling me pretty Jennifer is the best sales women top notch give this lady a raise!!!!!”

They texted me directly to provide needed information and they willingly helped me even when I forgot my lock code ! On my last day there I was able to meet the owner ( Bruce) and he is very friendly ! Took time out to entertain me and didn’t make me feel I was just a number in his books !

We moved in today from another “big brand” that is outrageous and not true climate controlled. Our new unit is so clean, climate controlled, security everywhere and you can even get smart security for your personal unit if you want! Highly recommend this facility, affordable, clean and professional caring staff! A++”
