It's not every day you come across someone so genuinely kind and helpful—Siobhan truly made the whole process smooth from start to finish. She answered all my questions with patience and made sure I felt confident in choosing the right unit. You can tell she really cares about the people who walk through the door. “The CubeSmart staff is always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I’ve had to switch storage units twice in the last year for various reasons and they never hesitated to help with the documentation. CubeSmart is always very clean and the temperature is perfect for the stuff tenants have stored there. The only drawback is that the buttons in the elevators oftentimes have issues to get going after you press your floor’s button. It often takes several tries for the command to go through.”

“Thank you Jennifer! Been here a couple times, always friendly and helpful staff Never had issues with the trucks nor the unit I rented, it was quite funny reading the negative reviews lol cause it seemed like the issue was them and not this storage facility hahaha This storage facility is like no other it sets it apart from your average public storage, cube smart etc…”
