“People there, they very very nice, very helpful. They talk like they from India, but with American accent. They explain everything, even if you no understand. They very very patient, and take time to teach you about what you are buying. Tire Center amazing and funny. They play Punjabi music for the locals here. Make me feel at home. Will definitely come back to this Costco for the hospitality and amazing service.”

“Today I had the pleasure of meeting Adrian from Tire and Battery at the Richmond Sam's Club. First, I have to commend the interaction with this young gentleman. Truly helpful, attentive, and excellent customer service. I had the headlight renewal service performed on my BMW. Results were excellent, it is clear that Adrian had personally performed the work. I could feel it from the pride he showed. I'll be back again with my other car.”
