“The gentleman in charge was very helpful and pleasant. He helped with the difficult backing situation in a very tight area. Unloading began as soon as I was docked and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Backing in off a fairly busy street, many steel posts on site, several boulders on site, many vehicles on site. 4 wheelers about half of whom had no concern for a backing big rig. 1 steel pole in the bush next to the driveway for locking a gate. Be careful, get help and be polite.”
“I had a great experience at this location thanks to Bri'Ashley. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a positive attitude and made me feel welcomed right away. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed at first, but she took her time to listen, asked the right questions, and guided me through my options without rushing me.
At one point, I was having trouble understanding the differences between a few items, and Bri'Ashkey broke everything down in a simple way that made it easy to decide. She even went out of her way to check in the back for something that wasn’t on the shelf and came back with exactly what I needed.
What stood out the most was her patience and professionalism, even while helping multiple customers at once. She stayed calm, friendly, and focused the entire time. It’s clear she really cares about customer service.
Employees like Bri Ashley make a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience she provided.”
“Enter off Cash Road. If possible come east on Cash that way you can make a left into lot. It’s a tight right turn if not. Lot is extremely small but people were very nice. $5.00 a pallet for unload.”

“I purchased a 43"x43" piece of plexiglass that I purchased over the phone with Rick Pijanowski on their national phone line, New York I believe for me to pick up "will call" at the Stafford location. Rick was professional and courteous and advised me that it may take a week or two for the piece to be ready for me, which was not a problem for me knowing this pandemic has everything slowed down. Anyway I waited about 4 weeks to give the Stafford location a call and the item was there waiting for me. I work actually on the corner of their street at the other end and it was very convenient just to go by and pick it up. Very nice people on the phone and when I went to the back for the will call pickup I was taken care of in about 3-5 minutes and was out the door. Brought the piece home and it fit perfectly. It was thicker than I had anticipated in my mind which was great and added to my satisfaction. Nice folks, good price.”
