“I'm doing this review to edit some information Google Maps. It was a suggestion that I edit the hours and, so I came by and took a picture of the hours and posted them on here. The bank is open and they're just taken covid-19 precautions. The outside the building looks fine and it's well-maintained the lawn. Plenty of shade and looks like there's enough parking for the customers.”

I had a bad experience with banking at the Killeen and Harker Heights location and with her professionalism and knowledge she FIXED my banking needs to pay a bill in an hour. She listened to me, had empathy, resourceful, and offered solutions. They even stayed past closing time to fixed my issue. “I have without exception had great experiences here, but tonight my dunderhead didn't realize the time and I had to check out 10 minutes after close. Amelia, Alicia, and Lisa were super-gracious, helpful, and accommodating of my inadvertent discourtesy; they deserve recognition. I am so grateful for this HEB and their staff! “I've been to this bank twice. It is very clean and pleasant. It is in the HAB shopping center near Terra Vista.I have dealt with two different people at this bank, both tellers. Both times,I was treated like a friend. Both tellers were completely competent and eager to help. I'm very happy to have this bank be my bank. I highly suggest people using this bank!Additionally, they have a drive-through ATM. That is very convenient!”
